General Disclaimers
-- Payment will only be accepted in USD through PayPal.
-- I may refuse service for any reason. Unprofessional, inappropriate behavior, and/or harassment will not be tolerated.
-- Final artwork will be delivered as a 300dpi PNG sent via email unless otherwise stated.Refunds
-- A full refund in available prior to the completion of the sketch.
-- In the event of a refund, I will initiate the transfer at your request. Do not issue a Paypal Chargeback.
-- If I choose to cancel your commission for whatever reason, I will issue a full refund of whatever payment has been made.Copyright Policy
-- Original artwork (including sketches and preliminary material) remains the property of me, the artist, unless purchased by the client as a separate fee subject to all terms.
-- Any grant of rights is conditional upon receipt of full payment.
--The client agrees to compensate and hold the artist harmless against all claims & expenses due to materials included in the commission at the request of the client for which no copyright permission was requested or exceeded the allowed usage.Permissions
I, as the creator of the commission, am allowed to do the following:
-- use the work to promote myself
-- publish the piece on social media, my portfolio, and anywhere I see fit.Regardless of granted rights, the client cannot use the commissioned work for the following:
-- for use in an NFT or cryptocurrency
-- for AI database training
-- to promote yourself without proper credit to me as the artist
-- as a base for another artist or AI generator to "finish" or alter
